            to location on Klicker Mt. Road.

8:40 a.m.   “A Day in the Life of the Blue Creek Fire, 2015.”, Rocky Eastman, Walla Walla 

            County Fire District 4, Chief.  Ignition and first few hours… first few days…

9:00 a.m.    Tom Schoenfelder, SE Regional Forester, DNR.  Blue Creek fire grows.  Washington State’s response.

9:20 a.m.    Brett Thomas, Walla Walla Ranger District Fuel Management Officer. The Blue Creek fire     suppression tactics, ICS  engagement.

9:40 a.m.    Carrie Spradlin, Walla Walla Ranger District Silviculturalist:  Vegetation and   invasive species management.  Long-term insect and disease concerns in the area..

10:00a.m.   Tom Schoenfelder, DNR Defensible space and local Firewise actions to protect homeowners. WA DNR cost-share programs for fuel reduction activities on private forest land.

10:20a.m.   Question and Answer, USFS, WA DNR, Walla Walla County Fire District 4, SAF and forest landowners.
