The regular meeting of the Shasta-Cascade Chapter will be held on April 9 at 7am at Elmer's Restaurant in Klamath Falls. A representative of the Klamath Tree League (KTL) will share information about its activities including Klamath Arbor Week and the Arboretum at OIT.
Please also mark your calendars for the annual Klamath Arbor Week tree planting on Monday April 21 at 2pm at the Arboretum. KTL will plant a tree donated by our Chapter to replace the Spanish pine fir that was stolen last December. This is also a kick-off ceremony for Klamath Arbor Week which is April 21 through 25 this year. Mayor Kellstrom and the Klamath County Commissioners are invited to attend. KTL would like to have representation from the Chapter to recognize the donation. Please plan to attend.
