Project ideas

Project proposal could include but not limited to:

ONREF Sub Fund

With the leadership of Eric Kranzush and Foxie Proctor, Oregon Society of American Foresters (OSAF) established a sub-fund of the Oregon Natural Resource Education Fund (ONREF) in 2005 to help create transitions from high school forestry education to Oregon State University’s forestry programs. These funds provide opportunities for high school students to learn about how forestry can help them reach their career goals through higher education

The Oregon Society of American Foresters Foundation

to foster forestry education opportunities for Oregon students and to enhance public knowledge about professional forestry. Now more than ever students need financial support to make it through college. Tuition and fees at OSU for the 2015/2016 school year are approximately $9,000. The Foundation will respond by increasing its scholarship to that amount for the 2015/2016 school year.
