Chapters: Central Washington
The fall Central Washington SAF tour is scheduled for October 6, in the Ahtanum State Forest. We will examine the whole tree chipping harvest operations occurring on state trust land, look at road issues with providing chip-van access, and take a look at the footprint of the Discovery Forest Fire both from the landowner and firefighting perspective.
